Bloom vs. DOK Charts:
There are 2 versions of this chart that are similar. The first one was developed by SBAC. The second chart was developed by the Leadership and Learning Center and was shared with the Livingston Principals by Dr. Brandon Doubek. Both charts are accurate and good tools to use in creating a connection between Bloom and DOK levels. ![]()

SBAC Tiered Vocabulary List:
This list identifies the differences between Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 words and how these words will be used in the SBAC assessments. Furthermore, this document provides examples of Tier 2 vocabulary words that SBAC will use in their assessements. ![]()
Spiraling of a CCSS Document:
This document is an example to be used in how the ELA CCSS are spiraled up from Kindergarten through 12th grade. An activity with this document would include teachers highlighting the differences between grade levels starting with Kindergarten. ![]()

Unwrapping the Standards Activity:
This process has been provided to us by the Leadership and Learning Center. It allows educators to determine Bloom Level for a standard and directly apply it to the DOK levels. The Bloom levels are curcial for classroom instruction while DOK levels are important in creating assessments. ![]()
