Arts Network

Purpose

To ensure that all students in Washtenaw & Livingston Counties have equitable access to integrated and performance-based arts and creative education. The ultimate ACEISE goal is to put a long-term sustainable plan in place to offer every student a chance to benefit from high-quality arts and culture education.

Please join us for the first meeting of the Arts Network, October 12 at the Washtenaw ISD. If you are an Arts Educator in Washtenaw or Livingston County, we need your voice and your participation! This initial meeting will guide future Arts Network contributions to our professional field and bring an awareness of the importance of Arts Education to the forefront. The primary goal of our first meeting is to introduce the ACEISE Project.

In taking the ACEISE Arts Educator Survey you will provide information that will:
  • Assist in developing a long range plan for increased access to arts and creative education programming and resources for all preK-12 students
  • Help create a professional development program for arts educators, non-arts specialists and teaching artists
  • Influence strategies to fund arts education programming
